"Ralph Webb Gardner II" DUI Charges Dropped

DUI Charges against Ralph Webb Gardner II were dropped in court and the charge was reduced to Careless and Reckless Driving. After being pulled over for speeding Mr. Gardner, using the 5th amendment, refused to answer any questions or perform any test for the police office on duty. The police officer did not believe his story of having a couple drinks with his dinner. The police officer became very upset and requested, and was granted a search warrant for Mr. Gardner's body to obtain a blood sample for alcohol testing. After waiting over 1 year for the results to return from the State SBI testing lab the results were finally received. The test revealed a .05 BAC (Blood Alcohol Content). The state BAC limit is .08
